We are rolling out a full fitting service across the UK, and we while cannot yet service all areas we are working hard to cover these areas as soon as we can.
For those
areas we can cover, you can get a price as soon as you have finished adding items to your shopping basket on our quoting tool. |
| How does the full service work? |
The first thing to do is to do some measurements yourself of your general requirements so that we can give you an idea of price on our quoting tool. Once you have finished
entering all your sizes, and the number of cut outs required simply enter your postcode into the box that will appear below to get a price for fitting.

If you are happy with the full fitting price, add it to your basket. When you are ready to book a measuring/templating date simply go to your basket either using either the link at
the top of the screen or on the quoting page. The basket page will show you a breakdown of your quote along with the fitting service fee and
to book it, all we require is 50% of the fitting
service fee as a deposit to cover the measuring service. Once we have received payment we will contact you to arrange a measuring date. Once the fitter has arrived on site (or if he arrives and
you miss your appointment) the measuring service fee is non refundable as the price is to cover his labour and fuel costs so if anything changes prior to the day of fitting please let us know.

On the day of the measuring service one of our fitters will measure up and give you an accurate price, hopefully this will be close to the quote you got online based on your own measurements.
Any difference in price, if present, will be simply down to our accurate measurements against the measurements you have given us.
The fitter will have the quote you got online from us and will talk
you through any price differences. If you are in agreement and would like to proceed with the order a deposit of 50% of the cost of the glass must be paid before the manufacturing processs will begin.

Fitted glass splashbacks are an extremely bespoke kitchen covering, unlike a worktop they cannot be cut if a mistake is made and cannot be polished or sanded if scratched. In these instances the panel must
be made again, for these reasons we allow 3-4 weeks from the date the deposit for the glass is taken for it to be manufactured. Once manufactured it is inspected by the fitter and compared against his measurements
before he can/will contact you to arrange a fitting date. We cannot give you a fitting date until we are sure the glass is 100% correct.

On the day of fitting the balance for the glass and the installation service must be paid before the fitter leaves the job.

| After your glass splashbacks are fitted you will have a 7 year product warranty on the glass splashbacks which covers delamination and discolouration. We do not cover accidental damage by the homeowner but many home
insurance policies do. |
