Shipping times and methods
As we are manufacturing, we are not required to close for COVID19 restrictions so our order times are as quoted on the product pages of our website.
Stock products and sizes- non bespoke (listed on each specific product info page) are usually coloured or printed and delivered in 1-2 weeks. If any problems arise during this process or if they fail our Quality Assurance checks the delivery time may be affected. Our adhesive and faux tin splashbacks may be returned if you change your mind but return costs are at your own expense and delivery charges are non refundable.
Any splashback painted or printed to order, including stock sizes, may not be returned as the blank glass is stocked not with colour or print applied. Once printed or painted the orders become made to your specifications/bespoke.
Made to measure sizes- the time taken to manufacture and deliver our made to measure glass products can vary due to seasonal demand. Made to measure products typically take 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the product and also demand, the manufacturing process has many steps especially if the panel is shaped or has any cut outs. Due to the highly bespoke nature of the product we cannot make any guarantees on delivery times and if something goes wrong during the manufacturing process your order will be delayed. Please note that we would prefer it if you did not contact us requesting an update during the initial 3-4 week period as we have extremely high order volumes and we will not be able to provide you with an update.
If you need a splashback to complete your kitchen the best advice is always to order as soon as possible as these are bespoke products. If you are considering a shaped cooker hood we would also recommend checking out the range of shaped cooker hood profiles we match to also. That way, you can order the glass at the same time as the kitchen and it can be installed before the cooker hood for a perfect fit.
All of our glass products are delivered via courier, when your order is dispatched we will email you the courier's tracking information and an estimated delivery day. If you would like to know where your order is whn in transit, or when to expect it etc, please use the tracking information provided. We are unable to contact the courier on your behalf. The majority of orders are either sent on a next day delivery service or a 48 hour delivery service, larger orders may need to be shipped via freight.
Where can you deliver my splashback to?
Our website offers a facility to display a flat rate delivery price for UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Ireland excluding off-shore islands and highlands. The courier we use to deliver our items is currently unable to deliver to the below islands and locations, apologies if this means we are unable to supply our products to you at this time. It is an area we are always trying to find solutions for.
We presently don't deliver to any of the Channel Islands and all the postcodes below:
IMPORTANT: If you live in flats, some couriers (TNT for example) are only legally required to deliver to the entrance to the flats (buzzer etc.), you may have to meet the driver at the entrance to collect your order (it is at the driver's discretion but they are not required to deliver to your door if you live in a block of flats or apartments). For other domestic residences, drivers are not insured to enter your house to leave a parcel inside your home, just deliver to the door.
Made to measure glass products cancellation policy
Each product information page will inform you if there are any stock sizes held that need coloured or digitally printed. Any sizes not listed on these pages (99% of our sales) are made to measure, made to measure glass products may not be cancelled once the manufacturing process has began. If panels are damaged during this process or in transit we reserve the right to repair or replace the panel(s) rather than cancelling and refunding your purchase (due to the high cost of initially manufacturing the product).
