The above artwork is digitally printed directly onto 6mm toughened glass so is heat resistant to over 400C
Back in the 1980s a new and vibrant design movement emerged from the Milan design scene, it was known as Memphis Style. It embraced popular culture with colour, shapes and patterns. This is my homage to Memphis Style and it would make a real statement in a modern kitchen.
Sally Roydhouse is a graphic designer turned textile artist and runs her business Fabric Mountain on the Yorkshire coast, having recently relocated from the Isle of Skye. Sally also designs fabrics in many of her popular designs.
